    Real Accountability for Insurers

    Insurers must be held to the same legal standards as other industries when they act in bad faith.

    Strong Oversight and Enforcement

    Regulators must have the authority to enforce consumer protections and penalize repeated violations.

    Understandable and Clear Policies
